I just finished my 7th year in the classroom teaching English Language Arts. Prior to entering the profession, I worked for 20 years in the corporate world, 15 of which were in banking and finance. I utilize the knowledge and techniques learned by managing successful teams in the corporate world to develop procedures and structures in the classroom. One of my strengths is using personality profiling to successfully anticipate problems, redirect students, and create effective group assignments.
