Using the research of Bolman and Deal, the presentation will identify and explore four frames of thinking to improve the effectiveness of your response as a leader. The structural, human resources, political, and symbolic frames are lenses that helps leaders at all levels consider possible root causes of a situation and how a leader can best respond given the circumstances. Explore which frame you gravitate towards and broaden your perspective on a different approach!
